Google Play reveals its top apps on fifth birthday

Google Play has revealed its list of most famous apps in celebration of its fifth birthday. The list includes its most popular apps, installed games, songs, albums, movies and books.

The Google Play reached out to 1 billion years in the span of five years. Moreover it offers millions of apps, 40 million songs, five million books and as many movies.

“On March 6, 2012, we opened our digital doors to offer you one stop shop to find and enjoy your favourite apps, games, movies, TV shows, music and books-and access them anytime on your laptop, at home, on your TV or on the go, whether you are on or offline, “ writes Google Play vice-president Sameer Samat in a blogpost.

However, the list does not include the apps that were pre-installed in mobile phones.
