Rain in Karachi as monsoon system enters megapolis

KARACHI: Several areas in Karachi received first rain of another spell as a monsoon system entered the megapolis late Friday.
The areas where there it has been raining include Saddar, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Defense, Shahrah-e-Faisal and Gulshan-e-Hadeed.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, a monsoon system has entered into the city.
It had earlier predicted another spell of monsoon rain in Karachi, Hyderabad and some areas of Balochistan over the weekend.
