Pakistan vs World XI tickets go on sale online

The tickets range in prices from Rs 500 to Rs 8,000

LAHORE: The tickets for the first T20 match of the highly-anticipated Pakistan vs World XI series are now available online for fans to grab.

The tickets, ranging in prices from Rs 500 to Rs 8,000, can be purchased from, the Pakistan Cricket Board tweeted on Friday.

The three T20I matches of the series, dubbed Independence Cup 2017, will be played on September 12, 13 and 15 at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.

The PCB officially kicked off a countdown to the historic series on Thursday, by setting up a timer outside the Gaddafi Stadium.

The World XI will be captained by South Africa’s Faf du Plessis and comprises a star-studded lineup of 14 players from seven different countries.
