Police chalk out security plan for Eid Milad-un-Nabi
PESHAWAR: City police have chalked out a comprehensive security plan for peaceful celebrations of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) in Khyber Pakthunkhwa.

SSP Operation Ejaz Khan said that security plan has been chalked out and foolproof security would be provided to processions and people on this Holy occasion. Elite Force and Police Commandos would be deployed along the routes of processions, he informed.

SDPOs and SHOs have been directed to intensity patrolling in their areas and intelligence agencies were mobilized to ward off any incident of terrorism in provincial capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

CCTV cameras in sensitive places would also be installed in sensitive places to wards off terrorism's threats.

Meanwhile, public and private sectors buildings besides mosques, houses and streets are being illuminated with green flags to express our deep love for Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The educational institutions have also arranged Mahafil-e-Naat competition on occasion of this Holy occasion.(APP)
