Man hit by truck on Karachi's Maripur Road succumbs to injuries

KARACHI: A man succumbed to his injuries Monday night in a hospital after being hit in a traffic accident on Maripur Road, authorities confirmed.

The deceased, who was riding a motorcycle, was rammed into by a semi-trailer truck, the driver of which was caught and taken into custody by the law enforcement agencies.

The wounded man was transported immediately to a nearby hospital but he passed away later in the night, rescue sources said.
