Minor siblings reported missing in Sheikhupura

SHEIKHUPURA: Two minor siblings were reported missing Sunday night from the city's Feroze Wattwan neighbourhood near Faisalabad Road, their family and authorities confirmed.

The minor brother and sister — three- and two-year-old Tauheed and Khadija, respectively — had gone to purchase candy during a visit to their maternal grandparents' house but never returned. Their worried family search the area and had announcements made through a local mosque as well but the attempts remained futile.

After the parents went to the authorities and filed a case, police commenced a search for the missing children.
