In a statement issued in Islamabad today, Chairman PTA Ismail Shah said the deadline for biometric verification will not be extended anymore.
He said blocked SIMs will be reactivated upon verification even after today's deadline.
The chairman said data of verified SIMs would be available with NADRA, adding that about 15 million SIMs have yet to be verified.
Ismail Shah lauded the cooperation of the people and the mobile companies for verification of SIMs.
