ISLAMABAD: As many as 281 BA, B.Sc and Post-Graduate students of Federal Government Margalla College for Women, F-7/4, (Session 2009) were awarded degrees and certificates during the 26th Convocation and Prize Distribution Ceremony here on Thursday.
The degrees were awarded to 137 students of BA, 109 students of B.Sc and 35 students of Post-Graduate level, while 10 students received rolls of honour for their outstanding performances in different university examinations.
Addressing on the occasion as chief guest, Vice Chancellor Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Dr Masoom Yousafzai said that female education is very important for the development of the country and through providing the quality education to the females we can better able to educate our nation and inculcate our national values into next generation.
