Twitter suspended the personal account of Foreign Office spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal late Tuesday, sources informed Geo News.

According to sources, Dr Faisal's personal Twitter account was suspended allegedly over India's complaint for raising the issue of New Delhi's aggression and violence in occupied Kashmir.

Sources said India made a complaint to the Twitter management that eventually led to the suspension.

The FO spokesperson was said to be giving "minute-by-minute updates on the Kulbhushan Jadhav case", sources said, adding that an attack was made on his account two weeks ago as well.

In addition, Indian hackers also reportedly attacked the Pakistani Foreign Office website but the cyber attack was rendered unsuccessful.
