ICC World Cup trophy arrives in Pakistan again

The ICC Cricket World Cup trophy has landed in Pakistan for the second time on its global tour, before the mega tournament kicks off in England and Wales on May 30.

Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed brought the trophy from Dubai to Islamabad, where it will be open for public viewing at the Centaurus Mall on April 12.

The trophy will then travel to Lahore, where fans can view it at the Packages Mall on April 13. It will then stop over at Karachi’s Dolmen Mall Clifton on April 14.

A grand celebration will also be held at Karachi on April 14 which will include a concert, food festival and fireworks.

The trophy also toured Pakistan from October 3 to 13, 2018 during its world journey.
