LAHORE: No situation faced by the Pakistan cricket team, no matter how terrible, could unnerve ‘Captain Cool’ Misbah-ul-Haq. The fans thought nothing could ever upset the Quaid, until yesterday.

Twitter went into a state of shock when Misbah lashed out at a private telecommunication operator for its poor cable service. Taking to the social media platform on Tuesday, the 44-year-old said that he was disappointed with the cable service of WorldCall Telecom Limited.

"Really disappointed about the cable service of #Worldcall telecom limited. Hardly function properly for a week and then no service for unlimited time. Keep on registering complaints but no response. Still charge u for the whole month for no service. Very painful," the former skipper tweeted.

Fans reacted to Misbah's tweet with unbelief, and some came up with really hilarious comparisons.

"Story of the day. Pakistan’s former cricket captain and the country’s Most Patient Man has been driven to social media to complain about his cable service. It is impossible to get a more damning review than this," one fan tweeted.

"If Misbah is speaking up means #WorldCall has done some very very bad things. Never seen this lone warrior getting offended," said another.

"GIVE MISBAH HIS CABLE RIGHT THIS INSTANT."

"Oh World Call what have you done. This is Misbah; King Misbah. The guy literally made a name for being patient."

"Jo banda sari zindagi 15/4 .. 20/5 .. 21/4 se team ko nikalta rha hai. Jab wo bi tang aa jaye tou socho phr," another fan wrote.
