Eid is here and with it time to taste some yummy Halwas. So for all you desi sweet lovers, we bring you a delicious recipe of ‘Loki ka halwa’. Try this recipe and indulge into its divine taste.

Ingredients:

Loki 1 kg

Milk 4 cups

Cardamom 4

Sugar 2 cups

Pure desi ghee 11/2 cup

Khoya (optional) as required

Pistachios and almonds as required

Method:

First of all peel and shred the loki.

In a pan, pour the milk and add the shredded loki. Let it boil.

When the loki becomes soft, add hot ghee with cardamom. Stir well and let it cook.

Now add the sugar and khoya and keep cooking till all the liquid has been evaporated.

Garnish with pistachios and almonds. Your delicious halwa is ready to be served. Enjoy!
