MULTAN: A sessions court here in the city adjourned a hearing in the Qandeel Baloch murder case to June 12 in order to record the witnesses' testimony, Geo News reported.

A request of exemption from appearance was presented on behalf of the witnesses, including Sub-Inspector (SI) of police Mohammad Saeed, Constable Kashif, and Ayaz. The officers, also the witnesses, were unable to attend due to special duties.

In the hearing, presided by Additional District and Session Judge, all of the accused person — including Mohammad Waseem, Mufti Abdul Qavi, Haq Nawaz, Abdul Basit, and Zafar — were presented.
