Rahim Yar Khan man rapes 12-year-old wedding-goer, ditches her in field

RAHIM YAR KHAN: A man allegedly sexually assaulted a girl 12-year-old wedding-goer on Sunday here in the city's Basti Mohana area.
The survivor's family subsequently took the minor girl to the Saddar Sadiqabad police station for the authorities to take action against the sexual predator — identified as Ismail.
Once the first information report (FIR) was registered at the police station, the girl was shifted to the Shaikh Zayed Medical College and Hospital for a medical test.
The survivor's family said the alleged rapist had ditched the young girl in a nearby field after the assault.
Police said they have started a search for the alleged rapist.
