Pakistani actor Abid Ali passed away on Thursday at the age of 67

Celebrities paid tribute to veteran Pakistani actor Abid Ali after the actor passed on Thursday night at the age of 67.
Ali had been ailing from liver disease for a long time and was being treated at a private hospital in Karachi. His wife Rabia Abid Ali and daughter Rahma Ali confirmed his death.
Pakistani-Canadian actor Armeena Khan in a post on Twitter said, “You were a legend, you are a legend and you will forever be a shining star of the industry.”
Saba Qamar who worked with the actor in Bunty I Love You, recalled her time working with the actor and said it was an unforgettable experience. “He always brought so much light to everyone around him. Such a legend. You’ll be missed Sir Abid Ali,” she wrote on Instagram.
Designer Asim Jofa, actors Maya Ali, Ayesha Omar and Humayan Saeed also expressed their condolences.
Singer Ali Zafar and actor Fahad Mustafa also paid respect to the late actor.
Chairman Central Film Censor Board Daniyal Gillani also paid his respects.
