Rahma Ali accuses stepmother of taking away Abid Ali’s remains

The daughter of veteran actor Abid Ali, who passed away on Thursday, has accused her stepmother of taking away her father’s body and restricted the family from attending his funeral.

In a video posted on social media, Rahma Ali, the late actor’s daughter, put out a tearful appeal for help. “I really want to tell this to the world, that my father’s second wife has taken his body from the hospital,” she said looking into the camera. “We are still at the hospital because we don’t know where to go. We don’t even know where she lives.”

Ali further added that the stepmother has told the family, including his daughters, that they cannot attend the funeral. “She has not told us about the janaza. I don’t know what to do.”
