Sheikhupura man allegedly rapes two boys aged 9, 10 who went to play outside

SHEIKHUPURA: A man in the city's Dhoop Sari area allegedly raped two minor boys who had gone outside to play, local police confirmed on Friday.

According to police, a first information report (FIR) pertaining to the incident was registered wherein the alleged sexual predator was identified as Shahid.

The two boys, aged nine and 10, had gone outside to play but their family grew concerned when they failed to return in time and consequently initiated a search for them. During the search, someone people heard cries for help coming from inside a go-down.

Although the minor boys were recovered, the alleged sexual predator managed to escape. Police said the boys underwent a medical test following the abuse, after which the FIR was filed.

Teams were formed to nab the suspect, police noted.
