Motorway police officer files case over video allegedly showing inappropriate acts in car

ISLAMABAD: A first information report (FIR) was registered on Tuesday by the Kot Momin police over a viral video recorded purportedly on the Lahore-Islamabad motorway under Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) Section 294.
The case was filed on behalf of a 'beat' officer of the National Highway & Motorway Police, Khizer Hayat, who told Kot Momin police that the video of people allegedly engaged in inappropriate acts went viral on social media and that the incident took place on his 'beat'.
The 'beat' officer said he had identified the person on whose name the vehicle was registered and that he was a resident of Islamabad’s Blue Area.
Hayat also named an unidentified woman in the case.
