Amidst wedding anniversary celebrations, the royal couple shared a picture in order to commemorate their engagement.

In the picture, Meghan can be seen beaming in happiness donning her white coat. She is seen bending forward while her husband candidly looks towards the side, with his wife holding onto his arm.
