Gujrwanwala man strangles wife to death over domestic spat

GUJRANWALA: A man strangled his wife to death with a noose over a minor domestic spat here in the city's Kot Qazi neighbourhood, police said Wednesday.

Gujranwala police said they registered a first information report (FIR) over the homicide and arrested the man.

The 50-year-old woman's body was sent to a local hospital for post-mortem, they added.
