Special security campaign to be launched in Ramazan

LAHORE: Capital City Police Officer(CCPO), Ahmad Raza Tahir has said that a special securitycampaign would be launched for city during the holy month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarik.

This was stated by him while presiding over meeting held here Sunday to review security arrangements for Ramzan-ul-Mubarik.

He said, foolproof security would be ensured during Sehri, Taraveh and Iftari times and additional cops would be deputed at Masajid and public places during the holy month.

He said that a comprehensive security plan has been chalked out for providing complete security to the Lahorities during the holy month.

He warned that stern action would be taken against those police men found absent from duty according to security plan for the holy month.
