According to police, Shahnaz Mai wife of Iqbal resident of Kotli Sadat was escaped from the house with an unknown person.
On Wednesday, her brother identified as Afzal opened fire and killed her as she returns to her father's home after four-months.
The accused managed to escape from the scene.
Alpa police have registered a case against the outlaw.
