Army deployed in view of rising water levels in Nulla Lai

ISLAMABAD: Due to rain which began last night in the twin cities and surrounding areas, the water levels at Nulla Lai have risen, Geo News reported.

The army has been deployed in view of this development and has reached different areas of Rawalpindi with aid equipment. The warning alarm has been sounded to vacate the surrounding areas of Nulla Lai.

The twin cities received heavy rainfall on Sunday night and rain still continues intermittently.
