70 kg Charas seized

RAWALPINDI: Sadiqabad police has recovered recoved 70 kilogram Charas in a raid from the area of Shakrial.

According to Station House Officer (SHO) Sadiqabad Muhammad Khan, a house hired by Yasir Raffique son of Muhammad Raffique, resident of Azad Kashmir, in Shakrial was raided and recovered 70 kg of Charas. The drug pusher was recovered.

Khan said that Yasir had remained in police custody earlier for having 25 kg Charas.

The SHO said that the accused was arrested on the complaint of a citizen that the former had stolen his vehicle. During interrogation, Yasir revealed that he had a huge quantity of Charas at his residence. The police raided his home and recovered the drugs.
