One dead in hand grenade attack on hotel in Hub

QUETTA: One person was killed and 9 others sustained injuries when unknown men attacked a hotel in Hub with a hand grenade, Geo News reported Sunday.

According to police, unidentified men hurled a hand grenade on a hotel in Baloch Brohi market near Gadani bus stand and fled from the scene.

One man was killed in the attack while 9 others including two children and a woman were injured, said Assistant Commissioner Hub, Fawwad Soomro.

The injured were shifted to Government Jam Ghulam Qadir Hospital.

Police cordoned off the area after the incident and began questioning the suspects.
