Dacoits loot over Rs4m from a Karachi private bank

KARACHI: Some armed persons looted over Rs4 million from a private bank in Malir Saudabad area here, Geo News reported.

The dacoits ensured not leaving any evidence took away with them the CCTV camera footage also.

SSP East, Ahsan Omar said that the two accused entered into a private bank in Malir Saudabad and enquired about the details of opening an account from the manager and, meanwhile four of their accomplices barging into the bank took hostage of the bank staff along with the guard. Later, the accused looting over Rs4 million from the counter and the safe fled away.

The officials told that the dacoits also took away the footage of the CCTV camera.
