He said that shortage of urea fertilizer was temporary and black-marketers were taking illegal advantage of urea shortage.
He informed that new supply of urea was about to start very soon and magistrates were conducting raids to discourage black-marketing.
He said black-marketers would be dealt with an iron hand.
