Shazad Dada appointed President, CEO United Bank Limited

The Board of Directors of United Bank Limited (UBL) appointed Shazad Dada as President, CEO with effect from July 1, 2020, in a meeting held through a video conference call, the bank informed Pakistan Stock Exchange in a statement issued on Thursday.

The statement further said that Dada’s appointment is subject to the approval of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in this regard.

While acknowledging the invaluable contribution of the outgoing President & CEO Ms. Sima Kamil, the management statement stated that under her leadership the bank has achieved significant milestones.

According to the statement, the Board has further decided that Kamil who is completing her 3 years term on 31 May 2020 will continue to perform as President & CEO till 30 June, 2020.
