Governor attends Cop funeral prayers

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Barrister Masood Kausar offered Nimaz-e-Janaza of Constable Ahmed Ali of Traffic Police here on Monday.

The constable was serving at Governor's House Peshawar and breathed his last because of cardiac arrest while being shifted to Lady Reading Hospital.

Inspector General of Police Mr. Fiaz Ahmed Toru, senior officers and a large number jawans of the force also attended the Nimaz-e-Janaza.

Later, on the Governor expressed his heartfelt sympathies with Haji Said Rasool; the father of the deceased and wished courage to him and other members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with patience.
