What to do and what not, during the self-isolation period, to fight the coronavirus has been a much-discussed issue on social media and various health experts have spoken and written on the subject extensively.

With the rising number of COVID-19 cases in Pakistan many hospitals have announced that they were unable to admit more patients as their emergency and treatment facilities have been completely exhausted. 

Dr Faheem Younus, a US-based infectious disease specialist, in a general advice on Saturday explained in detail about what to take, what to avoid, when to worry and when not to for those people who want to avoid hospital due to cost, trust or any other issues.
