Two killed in Khi firing incidents; alleged target killer held

KARACHI: Two people including an activist of a political party were killed in firing incidents in Karachi, Geo News reported.

According to police, one Abdul Karim was gunned down in Hussain Hazara Goath in Gulistan-e-Johar, while an activist of a political party succumbed to injuries in Jinnah Hospital. The deceased Rehan was injured in firing in Lines Area.

Meanwhile, SSP Central Asim Qaimkhani informed that police have arrested a target killer identified as Riyaz from North Nazimabad and recovered arms from his custody.

Police have registered case against accused.
