Police still clueless in Shahbaz Taseer abduction case

LAHORE: The Lahore Police have so far failed to recover Shahbaz Taseer, son of former slain Punjab Governor Salman Taseer despite the passage of ten days.

Police officials said that they had no evidence or information about the kidnappers and added that all the resources were being utilized to recover Shahbaz Taseer.

"The investigation teams are in contact with Shahbaz's family but the kidnappers had not yet contacted the Taseer family," they added.

The police officials said that police would reach the culprits soon and recover Shahbaz.

Shahbaz Taseer was abducted on August 26, when he was on his way to the office from his residence. (APP)
