SEPCO task force incharge Aqeel Ahmed Junejo said that they have disconnected the power connection and sent a bill of Rs700,000 to Mehar.

The PPP leader denied the power supplier’s claims, saying that his house has an electricity metre and he has recently paid a bill of Rs37,000.

Mehar called the raid an act of "political vengeance" and vowed to challenge the claims by the regional power supply company.
