Workers rally to protest inflation

LAHORE: A large number of industrial workers took out a procession under the aegis of Pakistan Workers Federation here on Thursday.

Pakistan Workers Federation general-secretary Khurshid Ahmad led the rally, which started from Bakhtiar Labour Hall and terminated in front of the Lahore Press Club.

The participants were carrying red banners and chanting slogans against price hike and unemployment.

Khurshid Ahmed along with other representatives of the federation demanded the government to introduce far reaching economic and social reforms to check price hike. (APP)
