Enmity claims two lives

FAISALABAD: Two persons were shot dead over old enmity in different incidents in suburbs of the city during the last 24 hours.

According to police, a dispute developed over a minor issue between Faisal Shahzad and his neighbour Saeed Akhtar at Chak No.266-RB a few days ago.

On Saturday night, Saeed Ahmed knocked the door of Faisal and opened fire, killing him on the spot.

In another incident, Talib opened fire at his rival Rajab at Chak No.620-GB in the jurisdiction of Garh police.

Rajab was shifted to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The police concerned have registered cases.
