By-polls on PS-57 on Dec 11

KARACHI: The by-elections on Sindh Assembly seat PS-57 Badin which fell vacant after the resignation of Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza has been slated for December 11, Geo News reported Sunday.

According to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the aspiring candidates can submit nomination papers for contesting the by-polls on October 26 and 27. The scrutiny of the papers will be held on November 2 while objections will be filed by November 16.

The nomination papers can be withdrawn on November 17.
