Nine Dengue patients die in Lahore
LAHORE: Nine people including four women lost their lives due to Dengue here on Tuesday, Geo News reported. The toll now stands at 223 in Lahore and 248 in the Punjab.

Meanwhile, the government has formed Punjab Medical Research Fund to conduct research on Dengue and other diseases.

While chairing the Dengue emergency committee meeting, Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif ordered for effective monitoring system for the treatment of virus.
