SAKRAND: PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif said Wednesday that the government was defaming democracy due to its incompetency, Geo News reported. He advised people to vote after checking the track record of parties.
Nawaz said the government had failed in addressing any problem of the masses including loadshedding and the law and order situation. The Supreme Court had to take notice to control the situation in Karachi which shows that the government had formed no policy to spare people from such issues.
Nawaz continued his criticism and said corruption could not be curbed while the PML-Q and MQM were sitting together in the government.
The PML-N chief accused the government of not taking any input from the opposition and therefore defaming democracy. He said that it is not PPP but the people controlling the party who are involved in deteriorating the situation.
He said that his party does not believe in any short cut.
Nawaz Sharif was visiting the flood-hit areas of Sindh and said that it is helping him in resolving the problems of the victims. He instructed to set up five field hospitals in the affected areas. He vowed that he will not sit quietly until the affectees would return home.
