RAWALPINDI: The District Bar Association Rawalpindi has strongly condemned the attack on Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) High Court Chief Justice (CJ) Ghulam Mustafa Mughal in Muzaffarabad.
In a meeting held here, President of District Bar Association President Malik Jawad Khalid, Secretary Sardar Manzar Bashir and Joint Secretary Yasir Mehmood Chatta termed the attack on AJK HC Chief Justice attack on judiciary.
Malik Jawad Khalid demanded early arrest of the culprit. He said that Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mughal always played a key role and his services for the lawyers community was appreciable.
He said it was the first incident of attack on judiciary in AJK history. "It is a severe incident and an attempt to destabilise the judiciary in AJK," he added. (APP)
