RAWALPINDI: The City Traffic Police (CTP) on Tuesday launched a campaign against the vehicles having fake number plates.
Talking to a group of journalists here, Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Ghulam Abbas Tarar said that vehicles having fake number plates or without number plates would not be allowed to ply on road. Strict action will be taken against the violators without any discrimination, he warned.
The CTO urged the citizens to register their vehicles on priority.
He said that action would also be taken against the vehicles with tinted glasses. (APP)
