KU revamps its security plan
KARACHI: Karachi University (KU) has revamped its initial security plan according to which no one would be allowed to enter without proper identification.

Special parking lots have also been developed for the assistance of visitors who would be required to collect token before entering the university premises.

Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) deputed at the university have also been authorized to conduct body search of suspicious individuals.

Meanwhile, Vice Chancellor of Karachi, Prof. Pirzada Qasim Raza Siddiqui on Thursday took round of the university and approved security plan developed by Pro Vice Chancellor of KU, Dr. Nasiruddin Khan.

The KU officials have also authorized Pakistan Rangers to maintain law and order situation at the campus.
