Town Police arrest 5 POs, 13 outlaws

PESHAWAR: Town Circle Police Thursday arrested 5 proclaimed offenders, 13 other outlaws and recovered huge cache of arms and narcotics from their possession.

Talking to APP, DSP Town Circle Gul Nawaz Jadoon said that raids were conducted in the jurisdiction of Tehkal, Nasir Bagh and Regi police stations during which the police arrested 5 proclaimed offenders and 13 other outlaws wanted to police in different cases.

The police beside one rifle, 3 pistols, hundreds of cartridges also recovered 1.5 kilogram hashish and three bottles of liquor from their possession.

The DSP Gul Nawaz Jadoon said that police has taken strict measures against outlaws and nobody will be allowed to disturb peace and harmony in the area.
