Ch Pervaiz Aftab advocate passes away

MULTAN: A prominent lawyer Ch Pervaiz Aftab died of protracted illness here on Thursday.

He was 70. He is survived by a daughter.

Late Chaudhry Pervaiz Aftab was suffering from some liver disease and was admitted to Nishtar Hospital few days ago after his condition deteriorated, his son-in-law Badar said.

The noted lawyer was also a member of syndicate of Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Multan and the general secretary of a literary body Bazm-e-Saqafat. He had also served as general secretary district bar association Multan.

His Namaz-e-Janaza will be held at Jalal Masjid park on Friday. (APP)
