According to announcement of KU spokesman, all candidates who are applying for admission to Pharm-D or intending to appear in the aptitude tests but have not been able to purchase or submit their application forms, are informed that admission forms for Pharm-D and Aptitude Test departments will be sold and collected at Silver Jubilee Gate counters up to 1:00 p.m. till 22nd November, 2011.--PPI
