QUETTA: Frontier Corps on Tuesday detained two bandits involved in the highway robberies, recovering weapons form their custody.
Frontier Corps sources told that FC raiding team arrested two robbers identified as Abdul Mateen and Mohammad Naeem from the Zaraband area of Qilla Abullah district.
They were involved in extortion and looting of coaches and other vehicles of public transport traveling through Quetta-Chaman highway, sources said adding two sub- machine guns, one Kalashnikov and 120 rounds of bullets were also recovered. The arrested men were being interrogated. (APP)
