ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has accepted petitions relating to the memogate scandal for hearing, Geo News reported.
The apex court has given fifteen days to all parties to submit their reply which includes the President and Army Chief.
The court in its order has also stopped former ambassador Husain Haqqani from leaving the country.
A commission to probe the memogate scandal has been formed which will be headed by former DG FIA Tariq Khosa.
According to the court order, Khosa can enlist the services of cyber crime experts during the probe.
