Intel Education Awards on 12th
AWALPINDI: Intel Education award ceremony for in-service and pre-service teachers of Islamabad and Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, who have used computer technology effectively, will be held on Monday in a local hotel.

Intel Education Initiative Pakistan is focused towards incorporating research based learning at an early age so that children can develop 21st century skills and compete effectively in the knowledge based economy of the future.

A statement of the Intel said that the goal of Intel education awards is held annually to celebrate and promote technology integration by teachers and schools.

The award also aims at to motivate teachers and school administration to enhance implementation in the classrooms and develop 21st century skills amongst students ,with the help of technology.

Technology prizes are given to in-service and pre-service teachers who have used technology effectively in promoting inquiry-based learning.

The awards also aim at to showcase effective and innovative integration of computer technology into existing curriculum while promoting higher order thinking and collaborative learning among students. (APP)
