"Absolutely Not" by Prime Minister Khan has earned him a lot of kudos from Pakistanis within Pakistan and without. The PM riposted this while answering a question from Australian journalist Jonathan Swan. Imran Khan categorically said that Pakistan would not allow its soil to be used for the anti-Taliban US operations in Afghanistan.

Recently, PM Imran Khan's categorical statement was echoed in the interview of National Security Adviser (NSA) Dr Moeed Yusuf who said Pakistan is okay if US President Joe Biden is not willing to seek the country's help. "If the US administration does not intend to engage Pakistan [at a critical juncture of troops withdrawal from Afghanistan], then good luck," he said in the Geo News programme Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath while responding to a question that the US president has not talked to the Pakistani premier given that it is withdrawing its troops from Afghanistan.

"No one is sitting here in Pakistan waiting for them to initiate a dialogue. If they do not intend to, Pakistan is fine with it."

Pakistani NSA has stirred ripples with this statement, attracting comments from all quarters, some in his favour while some others calling on him to be more discreet. But, Pakistan television actor and surgeon Fahad Mirza appeared to be much satisfied with the statement and the NSA himself.

Dr Fahad Mirza, taking to Instagram, showered applause on Moeed Yusuf. "Wow... Is this guy our National Security advisor?" said Fahad Mirza after posting the NSA's picture on his Instagram Story.

"This is the Pakistan I always wanted... where the best among us, represent us."

Also, Moeed Yusuf's statement was written on his picture: "If the US President doesn't want to talk with Pakistan, Goodluck, no one is waiting here."
