Police arrest robber trio

LAHORE: Defence Police have smashed a gang of robbers and arrested its three members and recovered stolen property worth Rs.100,000 besides illegal weapons from their possession.

During preliminary interrogation, the arrested accused confessed to 14 incidents of the dacoity and robbery in different areas of the city.

A special police team had constituted led by SPO Defence, which arrested the accused of 'Sain Chore gang'. They have been identified as Javed Ahmad and two his accomplices Amer and Shahzad. (APP)
