SU winter break from Dec 16 to Jan 1, exams to continue

HYDERABAD: The management of University of Sindh (SU) Thursday announced the winter holidays in all its teaching centres, institutes and departments as well as Campuses of Badin, Mirpurkhas and Dadu and Model Schools of the University from December 16, 2011 to January 1, 2012.

The administrative staff working in teaching centres, institutes and departments will be available in their offices as usual during winter break while Directors/ Chairpersons of the teaching centres, institutes and departments will attend their offices for two days on Monday and Tuesday during the winter break. The Deans of all Faculties will however remain on their duties as usual.

The management further informed that semester examinations however will continue as per already announced schedule.

The University management has advised all teachers to submit their results of semester examinations before proceeding on winter break. (APP)
